RRB – Railway Recruitment Board Exam is conducted by the various RRBs in India for providing a good career option to the person who is eligible for the posts offered. The RRB Exam 2012 having its own pattern and criteria of selection and having the similar syllabus of the Bank exam and the whole details can  be seen by the candidate which is given below:

1. General Awareness : 

This part of question paper gauges the candidates is up to date with surrounding and includes the following:

*Science – Inventions and Discoveries                                    *Abbreviations

2.Arithmetic Ability :

Syllabus for RRB Centralised Notification 03/2014

The questions will be of Objective type with multiple choices and are likely to include questions pertaining to the fallowing topics :

1. General Awareness.

2. Arithmetic.

3. General Intelligence & Reasoning.

4. General Science.

Total Questions will be : 100-120            Total Time : 90 Minutes       Negative Marking : 1/3

Railway Group D Exam Syllabus, Pattern :

Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) invites application for Group D Recruitment. It alsoconducts  written examination for Group D Vacancies every month. Recently RRC has changed  its Syllabus and Pattern for Railway Group D examination 2013. Here is the post below, we are going to provide Syllabus and exam pattern for those candidates are going to appear in recent Group D Exam. Railway Group D Syllabus:

General Intelligence (Reasoning): Data Interpretation, Series problems, Age problems, Data Insufficiency & Arrangement problems.

General Knowledge: Important Events, Important Days, Current Affairs, Politics, Sports, Cinema,   Books and Authors.

Railway Group D Exam Pattern

Examination Time Duration: RRC Group D written examination will be of one and half hour duration with 100 questions only.

Question Paper: Candidates have been permitted to take away their used question booklet after written examination. The question paper will be printed in Hindi, English, Urdu and Maithili.

Marking System: There will be 1 Marks for each correct answer. There will be negative marking for marking wrong answers.  1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Group D Post Name: Railway Recruitment Cell recruits following posts as Group D recruitment are Gate Man, Helper II, Kalasi, Key man, Peon, Porter, Safaiwala, Sanitary cleaner, Sweeper Track Man, Vendor etc.,

RRB Junior Engineer, Section Engineer Syllabus:

*General Awareness

*Technical Ability (Pertaining to the Applied Post)

Consisting of 150 Multiple Choice Questions with four choices, with a time limit of 2 hours. Duration of the Examination 120 Minutes for 150 Questions.

RRB CWE Syllabus (ASM/ CA/ TA/ Clerks/ Accountants)

a. General Awareness

b. Arithmetic

c. General Intelligence and reasoning

The question paper will be in English, Hindi, Urdu and regional languages and the duration of the examination will be 90 minutes with approximately 100 to 120 questions.

There shall be negative marking in written examinations and marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer @1/3 of the allotted marks for each question
