After observing and carefully scrutinising the teaching and working methodology of various institutes, I tried to extract the best approach and counter the loopholes in the teaching method, and endeavored to work on the same, through a properly planned and systematic process and tried to apply my functional concepts into the coaching as well as training module, so that the students could acquire education beyond the plain bookish knowledge. The education system is increasingly becoming curriculum based and the students have to remain confined within the bookish knowledge, even though he/she desires and actually requires more. So I tried to impart education and nurtured the aspirants with utmost care through a systematic and scientific way so that the student could get the best and more than expected.
